Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, you may exchange your item for another product of equal value from our store.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  2. You must provide the order number and proof of purchase.

  3. Any free gifts or promotional items received with the purchase must also be returned.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • All products are triple-checked and verified before packing.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once approved, you will be eligible for an exchange of the same value as your purchase.

  • No refunds will be issued for damaged products—only exchanges.


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased during sale events or special promotions may not be eligible for exchange unless defective.

  • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.


Process for Exchange

  2. Our team will confirm your request and share the exchange shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your exchange.


Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

  • Please pack your jewellery securely to avoid damage during return transit.
