  • Average processing time: 24 hrs

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Average delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available across India for eligible pin codes.

  • Payment must be made only in cash to the delivery agent.

  • Orders will be reconfirmed with you before shipping.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order’s progress until it is delivered.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • In case of delivery failure due to the customer being unavailable or refusing the parcel, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • All jewellery is packed with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
